Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide! Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the complexity and agreed timeline.
Shipping times will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy
We strive to ensure our dresses are adjustable and fit multiple sizes, so sizing issues are rare. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The dress must be unworn, in its original condition, and packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Note: Custom-made dresses are non-returnable, as they are tailored specifically to your preferences.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted, especially for custom-made items.
For custom orders, cancellations cannot be made once production has started.
